My Review:
This book is the second in the series and I really do feel like you actually need to read the first one in order to get a really good grasp on what is going on with this family.  The book starts out with so many characters and a story line that is already in progress.  It was very hard for me to learn who was who in the family and to figure out what exactly had taken place.  The book is very well written and it is filled with Amish drama like none other I've read, but it was definitely not as enjoyable having not read the first book in the series.
I recommed that you read the first one and then read this one as it is a great book.
I received this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
